Hiqh Quality Web Template

I am looking for someone whom can create very very very high quality website templates. These should be of the quality of [url removed, login to view] or even better!

Each design should consist of:

Home Page - This page should include a nice flash intro header at the top that is animated with music. The text within the flash intro music be able to be edited by using a text document. This flash header at the top should include rollover buttons that also have text on them that is easily edited from a text document. The intro should have a skip intro button and the music should be able to be muted. Once the intro is completed, it should have a replay button.

Extra pages - Almost every website has more than one page, so we will need additional pages. For example, "contact, about, services, products, faq, support, links" etc. However these pages should be titled accordingly matching the theme of the design. These page should include a flash header that is nearly identical to the front page. It does not need the intro, but constant animation that is enough to keep it looking hi-tech but not obnoxious or loud.

With each design I should receive .psd (fully layered with slices), html, images, .css, .fla, and .swf files.

Please let me know your price per template. Also, please include your time frame. Most importantly, please include samples of similar work that you have completed in the past. I will be looking for quality, load time, and clean code.

I require all rights to do as I please. I will not purchase designs that are found anywhere on the internet. I will not purchase old work. I require new designs that reflect todays design style. I will permit you to show your design work in your portfolio.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I require complete total rights.
