telesales database with mobile interface(repost)

there are a number of stages to our process sales process that i would like to automate.

1. collection of contact data - from other databases, from manual entry, from historical data

2. data cleansing of this contact data to set list of calls for telemarketers to call for a period. 1 day/ 1 week etc.

3. collection and reporting of activity stats of telemarketers

4. when a successful meeting has been achieved by telemarketer, this information is passed to a field sales agent, who will access this information on a pocket pc browser.

5. the field agent will attend meeting and have access to that prospects data.

6. he will be able to mail customer a series of documents from the interface, if needed during the meeting.

7. he will enter meeting information for our sales manager after meeting close and the action data and the prospect will move to a sales propect database.

we would like this app written completely in .net

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
