Cleint: client software will be loaded on win xp workstations with only dial up. These clients will send me ASCII Text files when ever a user initiates a submit request. Server: Winxp Pro the server will wait for incoming calls via dialup modem and then accept incoming requests to receive a file. The server will accept the file and place it in a folder "we will discuss a form that we will use to track what files came in to the server at what time and date etc" the server will give the client a conformation number. client end of this is the functionality to submit a file to our server via dialup “telephone line?? i have another coder working on another program so he will generate the report he can have a command on his form to where he can send the file to the software your creating and then its sent to my server via dialup then the server will return a conformation number. server: all i want this to do is receive calls and accept the file being received and then i want a form that i can use to see all the files that where received date and time stampd. from their we will have something simalr to your e-mail box where we can move that file to a completed folder or a new folder or a in progress folder simalr to a win outlook e-mail screen Client end: Client will be able to browse and upload a file to our server via dialup software that you will make. conformation number as well as a database that saves all the transactions "transmisions to server" the conformation will be assigned from the server. Date and time stamped. Server: We want to discuss how we can work this out. First i was going to use only one server but the phone lines will be busy so i decided to use multiple server and then use a workstation to pull all the files comming in from the server and then we can sort them out by "somthing simalr to outlook e-mail how you have a tree then inbox, out box etc ,
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
