phprojekt modifications for intranet (php / mysql)

I strongly prefer someone who already knows phprojekt and it's issues.

We need a few modifications to it's basic system at LenderMate.net.

1. We need about 5 links to framed content or a big fat php include or something like that - we need to frame the logged-in-version of LenderMate.com. Framing or some other method, i don't care how it's done by I want the phprojekt bar on the left and the main lendermate page on the right. likewise with our adserver, phpadsnew, and beta / dev versions of lendermate.

2. We need a very file checkout system. it would even be better if it included upload / download links through the app w. chmod, but hey that's fancy. i'm certain there's some open source or off the shelf we can use here - i'm open, but we've lost code to ppl overwriting each other and it has to stop.

3. translation of some of the german buttons would be nice. phprojekt is a bit rough around the edges - most likely this'll turn into more recurring work as we build it out.

4. 2hours max of misc UI issues. For example the priority list in the todo goes 0 to 10. I need to reword that to "0 - Emergency" and "10 - Lowest" so everyone's on hte same page. couple little things like that. I could do but i'm slammed busy and need the above which i can't do myself.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

LAMP w. cpanel installed no shell access. phpmyadmin is in i think.
