PHP GeoTargetting script Needed

I have this in asp but i need one coded in php. Needing a php script that will direct webtraffic to certain webpages all based on their geographic location through their IP Address I want to be able to input a redirection url for every country. I also want a default field that if filled in with a web address, all countries that do not have a specific web address will then default and redirect to the address that is in the default field.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

script needs to be compatible with most web browsers. IE, Netscape, mozilla, opera, lynx, etc
