PHP from static to dynamic

Hi all. I have a site that sells tractors. Its static at the moment. I'd like to add php and mysql to make it dynamic.
Here is what i need from a coder.
Front page has space for 2 featured items. Make this pull 2 items from the db that have a 'featured' flag.
There is a scoller. Pull the info from the db to fill in this scroller. There will never be more then 10 or so items.
There is a products page that has basic info for items sold. Make this populate from the db.
On that page they can click a more info that shows a page much like a profile. That data needs to come from the db.
There will need to be a full admin section to add delete modify the items.
Nothing fancy needed, just clean code.
Let me know if you have any more info. URL can be given in private. This is for MY customer so you may not use the work in any profile, etc. You can not contact the customer either.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
