Membership Management Software Application

Design program using .html, .php, and SQL database.

Program needs to be installed on server and provide the following features/functions:

#1 New people can sign up on line and select user ID (email address) and password (6 to 10 characters)

#2 Program linked to [url removed, login to view] to process new applications

#3 Separate Member login page ([url removed, login to view]) with links to several other functions

#4 Separate Admin login page ([[url removed, login to view]][1])

#5 Program must have ability for admin to set up multiple different plans with separate members in each plan and have ability for one member to belong to two or more different plans

#6 Each plan must operate completely independently from other plans

#7 Each plan must have separate billing cycle availability

#8 Program must automatically bill each member on their assigned billing cycle

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

#9 If billing fails for any reason, admin program must have ability to select a number of retry attempts, such as 3 retries every other day. If full failure then admin gets an alert via their choice, admin panel, email, or both and member is automatically placed into an inactive status

#10 Program must have the ability to deliver preloaded content at preassigned intervals or cycle times. Example, membership plan A has a monthly delivery of a new set of preloaded files (text, audio,video,links,etc). Preloaded info can be done up to 100 cycles in advance. When a member signs up, and pays via the [url removed, login to view] link, they will automatically be given access via the member login page using their user ID (email address) and their selected password and they will then have access to the first set of preloaded files. In 30 days, they will have access to the second set of files loaded under content cycle number two. In another 30 days, access to the third set of file. Their individual log in page needs to continue to give them links to the previously files they were given access to. Now if after three months, another member signs up, they pay, they then have access to content files number 1 only. So each member receives access to the preloaded files according to length of membership. Each month, some members will access files #1, some files #2, some files #3, etc. Each member is delivered access to the content in a controlled order and flow.

#11 Members must have ability to update contact info, credit card info, password, which plans they belong to, all from within their private login page, after they have logged in.

#12 If they log on and they belong to more than one plan, remembering each member will only have one login, their email address, regardless of how many plans they belong to, they will get a page which then tells them to select which plan they wish to access at that time. However, when they change info, credit card, contact, etc. it is changed in their mail file which is the same for all plans.

#13 Admin login panel will have the ability to access and set up and modify plans. Search and update and manually add members. Manually bill members if needed. See all data for members b separate search, plan search (who is members of which plan) see billing cycles, plan content cycles. Also have ability to produce reports for revenue stats, total, monthly, via individual plans, etc.

This is a general overview of majority of features and functions needed within the program. Winning bid will require a 30 day usage test of program to detect any bugs, make modifications to existing features, add or delete features needed or not needed, etc. Please allow for this service to be included.

Program must be fully functioning and operational prior to start of final test cycle. Additional information will be provided to bidders.
