Full Business directory Revamp

I have a business directory alread built that work just fine but would like to amend the one i alread have and add a few items.

I would like the ability to offer a member / person the ability to purchase/lease any area so the can ineffect run a local business directory with their own admin area. and change the prices / info at their descretion

The Main admin area must also be amended so i could pick an area and edit or ALL areas and edit..Everything must be editable from all admins and everthing also must be search able.

Also require A local 'Whats on' Area,(each area has its own etc)

A Local Property for Sale area

A Local jobs Available/wanted area

A Local Freeads Area

Local Weather & News for each area must be shown on the page.

In effect turning my Website -www.zitz.co.uk- into a similar one to citylocal.co.uk..but looking much better

Each admin area Must have a fully detailed Statistic based Web counter . EG Every bit of information that can be sought should be given..

Each individual member should be able to see/search how meny visitors etc have visited their pages since start..

Main admin should be able to alter All this information.

This should give you an idea but there is quite a bit more to do on this website than written but 2000 chars is not enough

I will not pay a deposit or percentage upfront ..

I Will pay 100% once the bid request is finished

## Deliverables
