368023 Wordpress-Insert GraphicsbyCSS

I need a programmer who is very familiar in editing wordpress blogs using CSS. You must have prior experience in editing the available themes inserted into wordpress admin area, so as to insert my graphics in. I have 18 jpeg graphics or images, and a flash file also, to be inserted into every of my 10 wordpress themes in my wordpress admin area.

(Note: There is no design work involved. All graphics already done, just need to insert them into the themes. I presume by css.)

Also, layouts already available for you to refer to, should you be asking where to insert each particular graphic on my wordpress themes.
