I am looking for someone with excellent research and english skills to create a website very similiar to my other websites at [url removed, login to view] and san-diegos-real-estate.com. This website will be for real estate in Hoboken New Jersey and will also include New York City. I would like a simple custom designed site with a header and a footer. Your concern will be: 1) Produce 100 pages of the top cities, counties and neighborhoods around Hoboken inlcuding Manhatten and including many of the cities on the New Jersey coast. Your content should come from other sources of public information and not from other real estate sites. 2) Research 30 top loft and condo developments in manhatten and areas surrounding Hoboken. You will produce a loft / condo directory like this one: [url removed, login to view] each listing will then direct to an html page on our site with more information. 3) each page will need separate meta tag information for title and description. You can follow a similar format to my other sites. Basically I want a copy of my site at [url removed, login to view], but with a different design and content for the hoboken / manhatten area..and also the coastal cities.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
