Take existing css/html site templates and incorporate them into CMS Made Simple templates and menues.

CMSMS has already been installed on the client server. So login will be supplied to start the development. However, there are a few CMSMS modules that needs to be installed in order to complete these tasks:

• News Letter Sign Up Module

(capturing emails and people in order to in the future send out email updates. This email list needs to be viewable in the CMS)

• Blog Module

• Photo Gallery Module

• Contact Form

• News Letter Module

ie. Form builder module already installed

Other than that the design will be easy to incorporate.

I will create all the graphics and style sheets. Once files are handed off, changes are allowed as long as they are following the clean code handed over.

The first thing the client needs is a coming soon page.

However... Apart from using the standard "coming soon" text. This page will use a form.. "Submit your email to receive updates". Again.. making sure we capture those email for display and future news letter deployment.

You will have full access to the CMS in order to install whatever modules you require.
