I need help to develop a proof of concept IFS for Windows CE that can intercept all file changes.

Initially I am just wanting a small proof of concept version...

The driver should be loaded during boot and then intercept all function calls such as CreateFile, RenameFile, DeleteFile, WriteFile, and so on...

Simple GUI or text file setting file is alright.
