Website with hosted Dailer /Softphone for calling in Egypt

Hi,

A client is setting a voip/GSM gateways in Egypt.

I need a complete website mainly to call Egypt ONLY online from any PC / mobile direct to my gateway there

- the website only 5 pages contains mainly the dialer or hosted softphone

- site visitors shall be able to register, buy credits online, check their accounts and make calls to Egypt.

- rate per minutes must be adjustable.

- Preferred payment using [url removed, login to view]

- visitors receive a PIN via email valid only for 6 month and use it for making calls online

- my voip/gsm gateway is Portech MV-378 for more information check [url removed, login to view]

- I like very much 3cx softphone as a skin
