you can read in attachmnet file how to use this software.

just to be fast. this software managed a list of senders, printers/resellers and end customer to generate file *.txt to send to the public agency. (the government).

we need too:

- make logo of project and custom template/skin for portal

- private section for every users

- payment system section

- admin section to see everythings on this portal

ATTENTION: DON'T MAKE BIDS SOON.

it's the second time i post this project. and my first experience was really bad.

WORKFLOW BEFORE TO MAKE BID:

1) SEND US MESSAGE IN MESSAGE BOARD OF SCRIPTLANCE

3) MAKE A PROJECT AND SEND US

the project you will send us must contain exactly timing of developed application step by step, and clearly the technology you want use.

4) MAKE BID

We need this software for the first day on September.
