This project involves the creation of a Representative Sign Up process.
1. An intro page and form pages must be added to our site. to offer an opportunity for a person to enter into the site and register as a representative of our company.
2. The forms also require a payment gateway so to process the credit card of the person signing up.
E-mail communications must be enabled to dispatch 3 e-mails, two? the representative, one to our Admin to communicate .
3. Once the CC has been approved via the payment gateway, the representative signing up (their information) must be placed into a table you will create within our current admin database and application.
4. A GUI interface must be developed within the admin module so that the admin can interface, edit and export out the collected data. A unique code must be dynamically developed for each representative as their personal promotion code to give out to potential customers.
5. Once generated, the code must additionally be inserted? into our currently existing promotions schemes table to enable the promotion. Additional information will also have to be input into the table (see attached for details).
6. The customer sign up process must be adjusted to remove 1 step from the sign up process and to additionally change the wording on the promotions code input field to Promo Code/Representative Code.
7. Process must be added to enable the use of a representative’s promotion code by a customer. Promotions code functionality already exist.
8. Form must be editable in the back end.

E-mail communications must be enabled to dispatch 3 e-mails, one to welcome the representative to PS and another, to our Admin to communicate that a new representative has signed up and to the representative again when the representative has a customer who signs up using the representative’s promotion code.

Process must be added to enable the use of a representative’s promotion code by a customer. Promotions code functionality already exist. Process must be created to match the promotions code against the? identical code that should exist in the representatives table within the admin module. If the code matches, the customer information must be placed into the representatives table in association with that representative. If the code does not match the code in the representatives table but is a code present in the promotions schemes table, the discount is granted based on the rules already in existence in the table, but the customer is not placed along side of a representative.
An e-mail must be generated and sent to the representative to notify her that a person has signed up using her promotion code.
