I need a clone of this type of site with the ability to add better User Interface and options. The site gives [url removed, login to view] the ability to sell realtors territories (web sites) that are automatically generated via a database. Realtors will purchase a territory and set up all of the components of the site for that neighborhood. They should be able to provide user authorizations to forum administrators for that generated site and be able to prepare and update their own realtor listings from MLS databases and manual entries.

Cloning [url removed, login to view] and it’s generated sites (i.e. [url removed, login to view]) is the basis of this bid request. Ultimately the goal is to have a real estate farming site for each of the subscribers. Think of a realtor as subscribing to a designated territory/neighborhood. Once subscribed, the realtor will either purchase a domain name or use a query string designator to indicate which online site is being accessed. I envision that each online subscribed site is just a designator and that all sites are generated using the same code base and a SQL database. Each community/subscribed site will have administrators for the different sections. The realtor will have the highest level of administrative access for their specific subscribed territories and across those territories. The only higher level of access would be for administrators of the entire site structure that crosses over subscribers. In each of the designated sites there will be sub administrators for specific functionality of that neighborhood. For example a forum administrator/moderator may be designated by the realtor. They may also designate a separate user for advertising or news, etc. The realtor should have the choice of a variety of user interfaces for the site to select from so that not all sites look the same, etc. Basically this a portal application that is targeted to farming leads in real estate. There should be areas for neighbors to subscribe and a full listing of all the cover properties in the are for the generation of mailing lists or labels, or contacts, etc. Please review the [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] for more information.
