Ezine webapge -- with referral/tracking system

***Firstly, i'm not too sure what is all invloved so the price is definately negotiable.*** I am interested in creating a site simialr to resource a day! Including a referral database system, (includes tracking of referrals and comissions earned by members/cheating prevention(IE email verification included in this). needs a send mail program) Basically all the things resource a day has and more if possible. The site will also be a paid to read email site so this will need to be taken into account for crediting members accounts,etc. (However, this WILL NOT be the focus of the site. Just an extra option members have to participate in.) I would also want some sort of admin section for myself or company to be able to log into and make changes to the site. IE: change ads/banner advertisements, send and edit my daily/weekly ezine/members, etc... i would like the site to also look a little more professional (needs to look sharper) than the current resource a day site. Be creative. I would be stressing ease of use to whoever would come to the site and signup. ( how you envision this working) IE; give me your input.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I would want free support and maintenance if any issues/problems arose over the following 6 months after delivery. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

not sure. just needs to be a functioning site that is easy to use by the average joe on the net.
