143719 comersus(asp) to oscommerce

our current site is in comersus (asp based) system. We want to move to oscommerce.

1. you will be making sure all the functionality are very much at least like our current site.(assuming u can make it better)

2. must have ups shipment and print option so we dont have to maintain a local ups software and do manual data entry

3. we are using back-office admin to administer (it has tons of features) and you need to make sure they are get mirrored.

4. I can't list all the possible things. you just have to make the site best as ever.

5. Must keep promised delivery date. We are tired of developer or programmer who does not return e-mails on time, dont answer phone calls, dont speak english.

6. Must transfer all the data from mssql to whatever database it will be .

7. Be reasonable when bidding else you will be ignored
