Broadcast Bulk Email

1. ? Simple email form which sends email to all selected users of the system? ? when "Send" button clicked.

2. ? The form needs to be done in both ASP.Net and Windows Compact Framework for smartPhones, PDAs and all mobile devices that have Windows Mobile OS

3. All undelivered message instances must be reported. This must be a secure message delivery that shows results of delivery.

4. It needs to work the same as broadcast messaging on any other popular? social network website like Myspace or Facebook

Using WebService and the Windows Client that continuously calls Web Service.

Other recommendations are welcome

Windows Service is unacceptable? at the moment? because the website is on shared space and server does not allow it.
