Deployment Script Using Capistrano

I need someone to create a deployment script using Capistrano ([url removed, login to view]). Our Code is in an SVN server, and I would like the script to checkout the code from SVN and deploy it to the server. This also includes setting up the script in the server that is hosting our website. Our code is PHP code not Rail. The script will be flexible by making sure that has variables that we can replace with our value, such as delete the previous folder, and replace it with a new one; or delete the database tables and replace them with an SQL file reside in SVN, etc…
This should be very simple task for someone who is experienced with Capistrano and SVN.
This should also include a local installation and environment setup guide that our deployment staff will use to install the script in their local machine.
