82316 problems with permissions ?

Hi I am using click tracking software which uses mysql, my admin has reinstall new version of mysql and this software now suddenly doesnt work anymore, all databases are still here, data in them is o.k, but I belive it could be problem in permissions or something like that. I need php& experienced programmer to check that fast and make it work, because I need that script today. estimated needed time: 15-20minutes budget: 9-15$
