453036 Penny Auction Timer Issues

We have an immediate job for a qualified programmer. We need it completed in 3 days or less.
The timer on our penny auction site is flawed and must be fixed immediately. The timer isn't running smooth like it should. The script is BPPENNYAUTOBID. Here are some of the issues associated with it:
1) when more than 2 users try to bid at the same time, the auction freezes and sends error pages to the users
2) bids placed in the last second are not registering properly
3) the page refreshes sometimes after a bid, which causes the bidders to lose crucial time during the last few seconds of the auction
4) we have an autobid feature which is similar to Swoopo's "Bid Butler". Bids from autobid orders are not being placed on a timed interval like on swoopo. For example, user A and user B have an autobid order set for auction. User A orders 20 bids while user B orders 21 bids. As soon as the autobid starts, all of the bids from both users are registered simultaneously (i.e. 41 bids are placed in 1 second). We want it programmed so autobids are placed on a timed interval.

1) Experienced programmer with portfolio
2) English proficiency
3) You MUST have experience with Penny Auctions, no exceptions.
4) You MUST be able to communicate throughout the project via phone, email or messenger.
