171861 Dynadot API domain script

I require a PHP script to allow me to search and register domain names using [url removed, login to view]'s API. I would like the script to be a simple web form which allows me to enter a domain to register, and when I click a button I receive the appropriate response on screen ("Success", "Failure - domain already registered", etc).

IMPORTANT: I would also like to be able to pass form variables through a browser URL as well, ie something like:

[url removed, login to view];domain=example.com&duration=1

So that I can call the script using other applications.
