I'm looking for a freelancer or a company to build a simple survey system based on PHP/MySQL using either CakePHP or CodeIgniter framework. The idea is this:
* A user registers an account
* The user creates a survey
* Other people come to the site and fill the survey up
* The user then exports the results
The system is similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] - I understand this are high-level AJAX systems so a much simpler version will do. I need the following:
* Creating surveys ( I guess a survey is just a title )
* Each survey can have many pages
* Each page contains either many survey questions OR HTML code (e.g. an intro to the next section of questions)
* Re-ordering the position of elements on a page ( and answers in a question if possible )
I DON'T need any advanced stuff like embedding or newsletters. People will simply go to [login to view URL]
The survey elements I need are:

* Checkbox questions ( e.g. a user can select multiple answers)
* Single select questions ( radio buttons and dropdowns )
* Matrix questions ( or Linkert )
* Textbox and Textarea ( if the question is to enter some personal stuff - Can you add validation to this like - Post Code or Email address? )
* Also a way for the users to add paragraphs of text and / or full HTML code instead
* No design necessary.
* Exporting can be done in Excel, CSV, XML
Ideally if you can't use AJAX do it like this:
* Click to add a new page ( page refreshes, you enter a title)
* Get redirected to add a page where you add questions
* Click to add a question ( page refreshes ) but you can add question options with JavaScript ( no refresh at this point )
* Save the question and get redirected to the page with other questions
But if you CAN do it with AJAX please say so.
Ideally it would be done by mid January.
