Signage/stationery photos at wedding

I run a business doing wedding planning/design + stationery, mainly focussing on stationery + signage for wedding located in Melbourne.

At the moment I'm relying on the bride/grooms professional photographer to take photos on the day, then supply me the images (which are usually only low res) and then I can use them. The first problem with this is depending on the photographer, they have different rules regarding my use of their photos, some won't let me use them at all except for Social Media. The second problem is that they all end up having a different aesthetic as photographers are very different. The third problem is they often don't take photos of everything or don't take enough.

I would like to hire a photographer to take professional photo for my portfolio of works, so I can use on my website, social media, marketing material etc. The photography would need to be completed before the wedding (but on the day), so generally it would be on a Saturday morning. I can give a lot of notice though.

I am looking for someone with a modern, whimsical aesthetic. And more editorial style like photographing artwork, rather than photographing signs. I have attached some images of how other companies take these kinds of images.
