I am looking to hire a freelancer to design a network for a small apartment hotel with 12 apartments. The network must provide WiFi coverage in all rooms and has no specific hardware preferences. All that is required is that the hardware is reliable and cost effective. I am also looking for a centralized management of the network, as well as CCTV integration. This is a one-off project, so (depending on the available budget) just one reliable and cost-effective choice for the network's hardware should suffice.

Each apartment has an existing cat 6 cable wall plate. All 12 cables run to a server room. There is no existing equipment other than the cables.

I require a setup where each guest is given a dedicated username and password.

The hotel is in a remote area and will require to be connected to Star link internet.

I require a list of all of the hardware I need to purchase and what software I use to manage the 12 connections. The hardware includes from the starlink box to each of the rooms. Each room needs some kind of Wi-Fi access point.
