Need names and info extracted from website

This is a repost as there seems to be a problem accessing the site below, please look at the attachments for info.

I need information extracted from the following websites:

The first site has a total of 382 businesses listed, and the second site has 2672 businesses listed.

From each of the websites listed above, I need the following information extracted for each entry and put into an excel spreadsheet:

-- Company Name

-- Street Address

-- City

-- State

-- Phone Number

-- Website (for all of those that have a website link)

-- Email (for all of those that have an email link)

Note: Each of the items listed above should be used as the title for each column in the spreadsheet you create.

I need delivery within 2 days of awarding project.
