New - Create a website using AngularJS to connect to our API

1) front-end static HTML are available and ready to use. Total 10 pages using one online template written in bootstrap. Major features include: list items on map, list items using thumbnails, submit article with text and images, details view, photo wall and etc.

2) Baidu map is used(that is the reason why i listed Google Maps API since both are similar). Coding of capturing the points user clicked on map, adding overlay to map of single points/polyline/circle/polygon.

3) back-end restful service are completed by different team. You can code with dummy url but pass the required params(this has to be written carefully) and return mock data(in proper data structure) for view usage. I have the basic structure set it up and examples ready for home page and one other page(50% done).

4) Overview list and details requirements will be shared after award the project but before finalized the cost. That means your estimates will be based on our real requirements.
