Copy members and post all data from one forum to another

I have an old forum not large only 800 members. running vbulletin 3.8.7 on it's own domain name
I have a new forum running vb 4.2.2 using a seperate domain name but both forums are on the same server, to help my new forum grow I would like all the members and post from the old forum copied to the new forum using impex or something simular so that all the data gets copied.
No I do not want both fourms sharring the same database each has it's own database.
