webview apps with share button and push notifications

hi,

i need exactly the following:

1- webview apps for iphone and android that displays the contents of a website

2- share button that can share the current page with other applications installed on the phone like whatsapp

3- and most importantly I need it to have push notifications on both iphone and android which allows the app admin to send push notifications to everybody that installed the app.

if u did exactly what I need I will hire u for all my webview projects, currently I have 4 different websites that i want apps for, means that I will hire u and pay u 4 times and in the future I will have tens of projects like this one.. budget is $30-70 for each website.. please DO not bid unless u CAN do all the requirements and agree to the budget range..
