For a community club we need a simple xCode module for iOS, that utilizes BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology to detect other users of the app within a short radius (no more than 100 feet/30 m) and displays them on the requesting device.

Note: We do NOT need a full blown app! We just need a small module that will be later integrated into a bigger app.
