NFC QR RFID etc. interacting mobile app -- 2

Seeking honest, truthful, reliable, professional partners for this task. Need a cross platform mobile app (iOS, android, UWP) that will read/write/manage NFC, Mifare, 1D, 2D, QR, Data Matrix, BLE beacons, RFID (HF, UHF via external Hardware device) tags or impressions. The hardware transport shall be various Wi-fi, Bluetooth flavors that are supported in today's phones. You may list the flavors you will support or else we shall assume BT5, BLE all versions, classic Bluetooth. Please make a simple UI wireframe , a flowchart, submit & get approval before proceeding.

We assume you have the suitable phone HW and environment for development. You may use the tags that are available with you or add the cost of each tag unit (please specify the approximate cost separately, if you like us to pay) in your proposal. Or you may provide us the test program and we shall help test it. Please specify which way. If not specified, we shall assume the 1st option (tag cost included in your bid).

Use built-in camera as a sensor wherever possible.

The writing of printable codes will be done via wi-fi connected print devices. NFC, Mifare, Beacons and RFID will use their respective tags.

The read/write data will be presented to user on cell display and option to stream out (allow separation of fields, if needed) via XML, Json, Websockets, [login to view URL], ODBC or other modern ways etc. also. Provide a clean, hook for future external apps or any extensions to this app to interact with this app as API, library etc. so it can be embedded into another Windows, mobile or web apps.

A Windows app is needed to allow us to use as a virtual simulator to help determine the readers/tags layout for actual system
