In our company we want to expand our 2-way radio services with a PTT app to use on 3G/Wifi android based smart radio's. We have tested the devices with zello and that works fine but we need options that are not included so we want to build our own server to make this work.
We have a very good example of how it should look like and what it should do. Since we have no idea about what it should cost this is a first fase in getting quotes to see if this project is possible or not.
first fase :
Building a PTT server that can handle the voice data (push to talk server)
Building an Android app that can do PTT to the server and handle calls (like zello, Voxer,...
Second fase ;
Dispatch module for use on desktop computers (not in this project, this will be separate)
