Android app with survey and videocall

Modification of an existent android application for video calling using openTok.

Some texts should be in italian language. I will explain the english translation next to the text for your easy understand.

Next steps to do:

- Fix bug for close the communication when user want to go offline (when click on camera icon and turn to red)

- After the login, the app goes to the this "Main" screen with 4 buttons horizontally centered (with the same look of the login button screen).

- The first one "Apri Sinistro" (open a claim) goes to a step-by-step survey with 7 steps. I will explain later (1*).

- The second one "Guarda Polizze" (show my insurance) goes to a screen with a table. The table should contains 2 rows (hard coded). I will explain later (2*).

- The third one "Perizia Remota" (remote video call) goes to the video call screen, that it works now. In this screen, when the user click the smartphone's "back button", the video call will stop and the user goes to the Main screen.

- The fourth one "Logout" clear the session and close the app.

(1*) "Apri Sinistro"

You can see an example of step-by-step survey in the video that i have attached.

The user can slide back and forth.

In the top of the screen should be a title "Apri Sinitro" horizontally centered.

And the question should be below with a style like the video example (no need for a timer).

Question 1 (single choice mandatory): "Che tipo di sinistro è successo?" (what kind of claim happened?)

Answers :

"Rottura tubazione acqua"

"Incendio"

"Danno elettrico"

"Furto"

"Responsabilità civile"

"Evento atm."

"Cristalli"

"Altro"

Question 2 (mandatory not empty): "Descrivi brevemente che cosa è successo specificando chi è coinvolto (oggetti danneggiati e/o persone)" (tell us what happened)

Answer should be a free input text box area multiple lines.

Question 3 (answer not mandatory): "Conosci già l'ammontare indicativo del danno?" (do you know how much damage?)

Answer should be a free input text box single line.

Question 4 (mandatory not empty): "Lascia un tuo recapito telefonico dove essere ricontattato." (give to us a telephone number)

Answer should be a free input text box single line.

Question 5 (answer not mandatory): "Carica documenti, foto o video" (upload documents, picture or video)

The user should be able to select some files from the photo gallery or from files (jpg, png, video files, txt, doc, xls, docx, xlsx, pdf).

Step 6: "Confermi apertura sinistro?" (do you confirm?)

One button with text "SI" (yes). The user cannot slide to the next step, the user must click the button.

If the user click this, then the user goes to the next step.

Step 7: should be a screen with simple a title text: "Numero pratica assegnato: " and next a causal 5 numbers. (claim referral number)

And a button below: "Torna alla schermata principale" (back to the main screen).

If the user click the smartphone's "back button", the user goes to the Main screen (but ask a confirm: do you want to cancel the survey? yes/no).

(2*) "Guarda Polizze" (see insurance policy)

The table should contains 3 columns: "Numero Polizza", "Indirizzo", "Download". (insurance policy number, address)

With 2 rows:

Row 1: "123456567", "Via del babuino 48", image like a download button.

Row 2: "987984234", "Via roma 123", image like a download button.

If the user click a download button should open (outside the app) a local pdf file, with an hard coded path.

If the user click the smartphone's "back button", the user goes to the Main screen.
