functions:
everything is already on the screenshots to see 1-5
* Users can login to get an ID
* Users can register to get an ID
* Users can take pictures with description and upload
* Users can upload a photo from album and upload
* Under each photo in the gallery to see the LIKES
* It can be pressed onto the photo and View the vote comes
* In PhotoView voted and data can be sent to server ( MySQL ( ID ))
* A mapping between Photo - description - user - Likes must (ID)
* Each user can only vote 1 time per day on a photo
they need to create the Xcode and the PHP file / folder upload / MySQL
