1- The app looks like it is connecting to the PPTP server but no receiving packet. But it is sending packet. When I check the server it is not showing the app is connected. If you create a profile manually in android it connects with no problem. So the server side is working fine.

Attached are 4 files and should be the source code and the APK. Please use GSON to make it working on eclipse. You must know JSON and parsing using GSON.
