We need simple application for tracking personal finance, i.e. your income, cash, spending, expenses, all conveniently from any mobile device.
General Features:
o The interface should be simple as much as possible and friendly.
o The user must register in order to access the app and we will send the reports to his mail.
o The app should have backup option (locally and on cloud)
o The app should support multi currency.
o The app should support Arabic and English.
o Currently we will start with Android version.
o The application will have free and paid version, so we will restrict some functions in free version.
The Application contains 3 main sections
1- Data Collection
2- Reporting
3- Planning
1- Data Collection
o We will discuss this feature with the winner developer late.
2- Reporting
o The App can generate Weekly, Monthly and Yearly reports.
o The report will shows total (percentage or amount) of expenses and saving from income.
o Generate Reports based on category.
o Budget threshold (The user can define threshold and he will be alerted on that threshold)
3- Planning
o Add ability for the customer to create his yearly saving plan (plus adding his Financial obligations) app will give him advice what is the maximum amount limit that he can spend monthly to reach his saving goal.
o The user can add bills and its due date so the app will alarm the user on that due date.
