Build a chinese lotto app.

Please make sure you have your own dedicated team, but not passing my project to other people, i'll check strictly.

Android + iOS + Web end + Front end + Back End

You will have to be good on creating CRM, intergrating Api, clear concept.

1) i'll only pay 10% upfront max, next milestone will be 10~20%. last 10% i'll keep for 1 month, just to ensure there's no bug. it's better if you can make it 10 milestone to finish the job.

2)i'll provide ui design, but some slightly change, please ask you designer do it for me.

3)it's Chinese app, you can build it in english, and later translate to chinese. i'll provide the translate.

4) Build on the server you want for now later transfer data to China server. any translate need, will be provide.

5) there 12 big category of lotto, and each category will have 5~8 category.
