Andriod App to turn phone into proxy sever

The purpose of this app is to allow co-workers to connect to the same network from different locations (via our app running the proxy server on the device).

Example:

Worker A has a mobile device connected to a cellular network in the USA with our app/patch installed. (this phone acts as a proxy server)

Worker B needs to connect to workers A's cellular network from a pc in the UK (via worker A's proxy) and browse via that network for security purposes.
