Configure Jetson Xavier for our firmware

We are looking for a firmware expert who can develop our IoT product hardware by improvising our existing working prototype powered by Jetson Xavier and Raspberry Pi which includes sensors, display, cameras, and components like GPS, etc

Configuration includes fixing some port issues we are getting because if code, red-screen while using IMX417 with Jetson Xavier, installing VNC global server and designing a power supply so that Jetson could be powered up using a DC voltage.

We want someone to make us a licence plate detection device on Jetson Xavier with a top -notch accuracy.
