Create a simple EA for Metatrader 4

I need an EA that work this way:

- It has two price inputs that draws 2 horizontal lines in the chart-window.

BUY SIGNAL:

- Candle CLOSE above upper horizontal line AND

- CCI (x period) => 97 level on CLOSE, AND

- CCI (y period) => 0 level on CLOSE, AND

- CCI (z period) => 97 level on CLOSE, AND

- RSI (t period) => 55 level on CLOSE

SELL SIGNAL:

- Candle CLOSE above upper horizontal line AND

- CCI (x period) <= 97 level on CLOSE, AND

- CCI (y period) <= 0 level on CLOSE, AND

- CCI (z period) <= 97 level on CLOSE, AND

- RSI (t period) <= 45 level on CLOSE

TRADE CLOSE:

- Take Profit: 10 Pips (Editable)

- Stop Loss: 30 Pips (Editable)

- Trailing Stop: 100 Pips (Editable)
