I need to get help generating an algorithm for optimum fleet placement & driver assignment for restaurant pickup and delivery
If the freelancer can code it in php, it will be given priority.
The algorithm will have to handle:
- optimum driver placement according to the number of delivery in the area, at a given time of the day: fast weighted clustering algorithm
- optimum choice of driver when the restaurant request an order pickup (a driver can pickup multiple orders)
For the simplicity of the problem, routes and traffic condition can be ignored (unless you can do that as well :) )
