The Executive Assistant (virtual) will ensure the smooth-running of my small property start-up business. You will be the main point of contact and be responsible for motivating a small team of freelancers and improving the current systems and processes.
This will start off small with a payment of approx £40pcm. With approx 10-12 hours of work expected. Rate will rise with success.
The main responsibilities will include:
*Project management with responsibility to ensure projects are on time and executed
*Recruiting, Training & Managing a team of freelancers to complete small projects
*Acting as the point of contact between me and internal or external contacts.
*Organising video calls and meetings with me and key contacts / clients
*Handling some meetings / video calls that I delegate.
*Some email correspondence with potential clients and other freelancers
*Producing and preparing reports
*Maintaining and updating current systems, and looking for ways to improve them
*Weekly meetings to assess progress
