I am looking for a clone of Craigslist. Must be in PHP format

I do not want just a classifieds website. Must be like craigslist with city locations.

Must be able to add new cities, categories and sub categories in the admin panel.

I am looking to buy a prebuilt script. I am not looking for someone to build a site. I look online and found several good versions of a craigslist clone and know what they cost. I figured I would try here first to see if someone had a better deal for a script.
