Hi, my name is Jason from Perth Australia and I want to start a tour company here, DropBear Travel and have the DropBear as a logo. I would love to try and just get a logo working.
A DropBear is a joke/myth/hoax in Australia featuring a predatory, meat-eating version of the Koala, commonly used to scare tourists. While koalas are friendly and cuddle, DropBears are large and vicious that inhabit treetops and attack unsuspecting people that walk beneath them.
I want to create something a bit cheeky & badass, but not looking vicious and evil as it can’t scare people away and still has to look fun. Still, need the vacation tourist vibe.
I’ve attached examples I’ve found online of something similar to other businesses. I’ve attached some photos for inspiration and would love to see what creativity someone might have, to come up with a couple of ideas to collaborate with.
Ideally, I want the koala DropBear with a full crocodile Dundee costume as pictured in the photos. A hat on his head with some ears sticking out, the leather vest (no shirt and no pants), necklace, a leather band around his bicep, holding a boomerang in one hand as it holds on to a tree with its other hand and foot.
