I am looking for a lawyer to deal with 2 cases of breach of contract by an agent and a distribution company over an independant feature film.

They would have to be contacted officially to be put on notice and maneouvred to a settlement.

They won't put that much of a legal fight because they buried film, so the film is not making them money at all.

I would like to settle to get back some part of rights territory so I can use that to gain acces to tax credits in Canada.
