We need someone who can do the following points for us in a timely mannaer

[url removed, login to view] the front page, as they're currently wider than the rest of the content. Fix front page and amend layout so that the content can all be changed, in a simple and straightforward manner, through Magento's CMS we don't have to rely on other people to do this.

[url removed, login to view] Magento and Mailchimp, and amend the Mailchimp signup forms and emails to tie in with the same design, colours, etc., as the transactional emails to maintain consistency throughout all customer-facing correspondence.
