Fix bugs in Joomla component.

What I need:

1. If you click on EDIT PRACTICES it list the practices correctly. But if you click on NEW, DELETE or EDIT while inside PRACTICES it redirects to the default list of doctors. I've created all the forms, functions etc but I can't figure out why the switch task is not working. The table is called jos_doctors_practicenames

2. I need to display the Intro Text and Title from jos_doctors_intro above the user side component for Find a Doctor.

3. Also on the user side component, when you search for a doctor and then click on a doctors row I need it to display the details for that doctor (I have the function viewDoctor but it doesn't work).
