193129 Need HTML converted to Joomla

Our company is new to Joomla and we need some help. We've installed Joomla successfully on our server, now we just need someone to code and set up at least one of our sites then show us how we can do it for the rest of our sites.
Our setup:
We have several HTML (tables) sites that we are going to manage under one umbrella Joomla account. We have the required plug-ins to do this: "Joomla Multisites Alternative Edition".
We are HTML savvy and only average at CSS. So, we understand the concept of converting to Joomla, we're just not clear on how to:
1. convert an html site to be Joomla friendly so that it looks and continues to function *exactly* as we currently have it.
2. import that site into Joomla.
3. control each site individually once it's in Joomla.
What would be the cost for you to convert an HTML site (or at least a few pages) then import and set up our Joomla so we can use and manage multiple sites under the same Joomla umbrella? We're using Joomla! Version: Joomla! [url removed, login to view] Stable.
Need this done asap.
1. Are you able to take a static HTML site and convert it to be Joomla-friendly (with forms, etc)?
2. Are you able to work with the Multisite function in Joomla?
3. Are you able to show us how you created the template and how to use the Multisite function when you're finished?
4. We *don't* have an original PSD for any of our websites that we need converted. Are you able to work strictly from HTML source code?
5. Where are you located? Are you able to talk over the phone if needed?
