Hello!

I need to trasfer data (1 line text files) from one PC to other.

I have a folder, which contains the text files (1 string only, values with delimiter).

When a file updates I need to open this file, copy the string and send to certain static IP. Receiver should catch this string and save to text file with the same name.

1) Program should work in receiver/sender mode. In server mode it read from certain folder, in receiver mode it saves to certain folder.

2) Settings will be: Mode (sender/receiver), IP address & Port, Folder name, the list of file names which need to read/save (I think 2-3 files)

3) Files may have custom extentions (not only .txt, for example .abc), but them will be usual text files

3) Should be compatible with any OS

That's all

It is quite easy project, my budget is up to 110 usd
